Experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of one years experience. Must be efficient in the installation and repairs of Heat Pumps. Plumbing experience a plus. Must be a Team Player. Full-time position with benefits package. Pay based onexperience and skills.
Duties will include installation and servicing of furnaces and condensers, heat pumps, geothermal, boilers and ductless systems. Continuing education and on job training for areas that need improvement will be provided.
Qualifications for this position is to have a HVAC & EPA Certification, and a good driving record required. Background check and drug screen will be given.
Our company promotes energy efficient systems based on customer demand and application. Most of all of the systems we install high efficiency, hybrid, and geothermal.
Residential Plumbers
We are always looking for experienced Plumbing Technician with a minimum of three years experience. Must be efficient in the installation and repairs of water heaters & softeners, well & sump pumps, gas line repairs, garbage disposals, faucet & toilet rebuilds, snaking drains,etc.
Qualifications for this position is to have a Gas Line Certification, Journeyman or Apprentice Card, and a good driving record required. Background check and drug screen will be given.

Residential Electrician
-- Journeyman Electrical License
-- Five years as Journeyman desired
-- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance practices and procedures.
-- Ability to use a variety of complex and moderately complex electrical and manual hand and power tools, gauges and meters
-- Ability to life and move parts, equipment, and toosl typically a minimum of 30 lbs but could be as high as 100 lbs.
Salary based on experience. State Licensed a plus. Seeking the right individual to assist in obtaining a state license.
Desired Skills/Duties:
Installs, repairs and monitors electrical for requirements for heating and ventilation, plumbing and generators in order to maintain efficient operations according to applicable codes and regulations. Residential repairs to include outlets & switches, a/c & heat circuit repairs, appliance hookup, remodeling & additions, lighting and fan installation, tv & phone jacks, security lighting, service upgrades, code corrections, landscape and outdoors, etc. Is familiar with all aspects of primary power distribution including primary feeders, panel boards, switches, main breakers, motor control centers and vacubreak panels and all related hardware. Other duties assigned- assisting in mechanical installation of furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, etc
